WRONG ADDRESS
It is very difficult to change your address after your order is placed, we will try but we are not responsible for deliveries to wrong addresses associated with your Etsy account. If an item is returned to me, you will be responsible for shipping costs to the correct address.
LOST/STOLLEN PACKAGES
Once an item leaves my shop, it is completely out of my hands. I will help provide tracking and claim assistance, however there will be no refunds on lost or stollen packages.
